Customs Notice

Due to variations in customs policies across different countries, certain items are considered sensitive. As a result, there are restrictions on prohibited items, limited items, specific logistics, and limitations on weight and volume.

Customs Risk Items

Shipping restrictions may apply to medicines/supplements, liquids, creams, powders, and cosmetic items when exporting goods from China. Please contact Customer Support for more details before making a purchase.

Prohibited Items

Tobacco, alcohol, and illegal goods are not permitted. Restricted items, though not limited to, include: Swiss army knives, kitchen knives and sets, paper or letter openers, gardening tools (such as knives, scissors, and saws), seam rippers, pure fruit or vegetable juices, lighters, wine, putty knives, various cheeses (including Western styles), crabs, bamboo or wooden swords, knife cards/universal knife cards, ice skates, outdoor cutting tools, magnetic components, endmills, burins, cigarette labels or cards, vajra bells, vajras, tomahawks, seeds, and similar items.
