    (j) items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy or any other proprietary rights under the laws of any jurisdiction;

    (k) certain pornographic items or services;

    (l) ammunition, weapons or certain weapon parts or accessories, or

    (3) In connection with the following transactions:

    (a) Displaying personal information of a third party violates applicable law;

  • You are legally responsible for Your actions in using Hauler’s Services. You shall bear legal liability in the form of, but not limited to, compensation for the infringed party, and after Hauler first assumes legal liability for administrative punishment or infringement damages caused by the user’s actions, You shall pay Hauler an equal amount of compensation and other losses incurred by Hauler thereof.

7. Liability for compensation:

If Hauler and/or its affiliates suffer losses as a result of Your actions (including direct economic losses, loss of goodwill and indirect economic losses such as compensation, settlement, attorney’s fees, preservation insurance, legal costs, and so on), You shall indemnify Hauler and/or its affiliates for all such losses.

8. Governing law and Jurisdiction:

10. User Responsibility and Favorites List:



Hauler does not hold responsibility for any items or products that users order or save to their “favorites” list. 11. Transaction Security:

12. Delivery:

Since Hauler.se offers services, we do not make refunds when the order is complete and all goods have been shipped. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when ordering on our site.

However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur with regard to the nature of the product you are purchasing or with the delivery of the order.

Therefore, we are honoring the refund request for the following reasons:

  • Cancellation of order before purchase: if you want to cancel your order shortly after making the first payment, you can request to cancel all items in your order and then cancel all orders and request a refund directly in the ordering system.
